Fact is a piece of knowledge. E.g. "John is a 45 years old male" or "Jim is a child of John". Facts are inputs to <B style="border-bottom:gray dotted 1px">rules</B>. In the case of code reviews <B style="border-bottom:gray dotted 1px">language elements</B> are facts.
