• Install Java 1.4+ if you don't have it on your machine
• Download Argun/JBossWeb bundle
• Unzip and start bin/run.bat
• When JBossWeb starts navigate to http://localhost:8080/argun/

NOTE: Some menu items under Security are not functional. It will be fixed in the future.
